At sea between Hong Kong and Vietnam

We have set our clocks back once again and are now 12 hours ahead of East Coast time. The students returned from their China travels completed exhausted in time for two days of classes before we hit Vietnam for a week. The voyage is somewhat of a marathon and little Asher, for one, has sucumbed to the rigors of the schedule. He is running a fever and seems to have the respiratory ailment that has plagued others on the ship. We're trying to keep him rested and hydrated before we arrive in Vietnam day after tomorrow.
Meantime, we are doing the best we can with classes, but it is challenging to move ahead in a "normal" way with coursework when everyone is focused on travel. Recent class sessions have centered on processing what we have just experienced while quickly covering material for the next country. Everything is an adventure!
